Major WCOM Fiber cut in Ohio

Our CLEC (Time Warner Telecom) tells me that there is some type of major
fiber cut on the WCOM network in Ohio.  This is affecting our ability to
dial LD (without a PIC code) as well as inbound on our 888 number (which
is actually switched by Qwest) and several other long haul circuits.

Anyone have any more info or corrections on this ??
