We ran into a few problems with rolling out default yesterday,
Thursday; one of which was that we couldn't do it unobtrusively.
So we decided to go for it during this morning's configuration
window.

We believe that everything is working as it should and that
AS 690 accepts default from AS 1133.  In fact here is a 
traceroute to one of the nets that AS 701 has aggregated.
