Did you try:

Disney+: E-mail them the trouble subnet at
TechOps-Distribution at disneystreaming.com. Also,
TechOps-Services at disneystreaming.com will probably be where that sends you.
Another possible email is disneyplusispsupport at disneyplus.com.
