Peering Forum LAC: Call for Presentations

The Latin American and Caribbean Peering Forum LACPF-2018 will be held in
Panama City, Panama on the April 30th, 2018. The goal of the LACPF is to
promote and provide collaboration spaces in topics related to
interconnection and peering, IXPs, CDNs, transport capacity, and colo
facilities among others.

>From this edition, the LACPF will change to the more know format that other
Peering Forums have. The event will be a day long, the first half for talks
and presentations and the second half for work and negotiation sessions.

The LACPF-2018 Program Committee invites the Internet community to submit
their presentations for the event.

The topics of interest to LACNOG 2017 include, but are not limited to:

   distribution networks

      Challenges

Presentations must be submitted according to the following schedule::

   -

   Reception of drafts and abstracts: 23 March 2018
   -

   Evaluation by the Program Committee: By April 6th 2018
   -

   Submission of the final presentation: April 16th 2018
   -

   Event date: April 30th 2018


All submissions must meet the following requirements:

   -

   Proposals must be submitted in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
   -

   Accepted formats: Microsoft Powerpoint (PPT, PPTX), Apache OpenOffice
   Presentation (ODP), LibreOffice Impress (ODP), or Portable Document Format
   (PDF).
   -

   The number of slides must be appropriate for the time assigned for the
   presentation. As a rule of thumb, estimate 1-2 minutes per slide.
