OT- need a new GSM provider

Over the last few months, I have had no problems using my Cingular GSM
Treo calling the US from Malaysia, Indonesia and China.  Haven' tried
calling to other countries, though.  (And this is probably the only
positive thing I can find to say about Cingular.)
