At GlobalNAPs on the 4th floor at 32 Old Slip, power has been
restored via generator, but all Verizon circuits in the building are
down. Our point to point T1 lines are down and I am guessing that all
IMT trunks into CLECs in the building are also down as a result.

Our GlobalNAPs PRIs are up, but we get a fast busy dialing in.
