Yep, our backhauls are on VZ and showing up/down.  Kind of odd because
they go to 25 Broadway and only touch the Broad Street CO, which should be
OK.  Other T1's out of 25 Broadway are up with the exception of three
customers in the financial district, one in Newark, and one in Queens.
