Smurf Amplifier Block List --- Useless in some cases????

Add the entire list to Karl's list. Anybody should that has
first hand experience being on the receiving end.

I would think that bandwidth is a lot more expensive for 
networks outside the US... they'll be happy you made them
aware of this.
