Megan, This BOF has the OPS ADs OK Matt & the others, The topic of this BOF does overlap the mission of the BMWG (Benchmarking Methodology WG). It is reasonable to hold the BOF to explore the specific issues but it might be that if the BOF concludes that it should be explored the right place for the followup may be the BMWG. Scott
