PCH (Packet Clearing House): Interested in connecting to the SF NAP 

RS: Turn up date was postponed and pending to the delivery of the RS workstation

vBNS:  Turn up date depending on vBNS' availability

SprintLink: Interest in placing order to the SF-NAP, a DS3 ATM port has been 
       reserved.
