They would if it was possible to track you. Whenever I played DVD's or<br>
BD's with my PS3/PS4, I sometimes hit issue because those boxes were<br>
online, vs. my regular DVD player which wasn't.<br>

Offline DVD tech. is old school.<br>

Because tracking can be done with 2019 tech. due to VoD and its use of<br>
