Of course, Joe, that attitude might also be cited of IPv6 deployment laggards!  ;-)  i.e., the mumbling of those in the periphery of Internet regarding why they’re not doing IPv6...

(It's not an issue for those closer to high-growth areas – e.g.  mobile and consumer broadband – as IPv6 has become the default with many of them for their new connections –  <https://www.google.com/intl/en/ipv6/statistics.html#tab=ipv6-adoption> )
