In a similar thread on the Outages list, I suggested that it could be 
something that Cloudflare might want to pursue. If it were to become 
popular, there would be a lot of data that could be mined such as rather 
detailed real-time outage data, BGP shifts, etc. that would be cool from 
a geeky standpoint and could possibly be monetized. They've already got 
a very well dispersed set of anycast hosts, and they have 1.1.1.1 .
