It is being offered, it's just not being adopted.

We deliver an IPv6 /126 p2p and /56 or /48 onward assignment to all our 
DIA customers. No interest.

We deliver an IPv6 /125 p2p and eBGP session to all our IP Transit 
customers. 5/10 are interested.

You can only do what you can only do.
