There's no error code. Customer only sees the message "DRM license resquest failed" on LG TV WebOS 3.8 or above.

Translation “I use a broken GEOIP database that doesn’t handle IPv6 correctly.  If you turn off IPv6 then the request will use IPv4 and it may work.”.
