Revoked AFRINIC block resulting in more than 350 bogon prefixes

Hi,

196.52.0.0/14 was recently revoked by AFRINIC.
However, more than 350 prefixes inside of this /14 are currently still
announced.
This is all unallocated and should not be routed at all.
