Subject: Verizon or Verizon Wireless contact

Looking for a contact with a clue at Verizon/Wireless who can help me with a problem, to wit, Verizon is blocking calls from our landline customers to one of their local wireless prefixes. We've got the error that the Verizon switch gives ("Welcome to Verizon your call can not be completed as dialed. Announcement for switch 3 0 dash 2.)

Any publicly available numbers or tech support just leads me in circles. I figure if I keep at it long enough, I'll collect the whole set of their toll free numbers... but I'd prefer not to.

Thanks!
