For small needs? Honestly, don’t waste too much time. Overhead is expense.
The market is competitive. You care about if it is clean, chain of custody
and can it legitimately transfer to you. BTW, IPV6? ARIN v6 NAT block? Make
sure you exhaust all options before paying.
I have never used it. However, I find the people at Hilco reputable.
