DOs and DONTs for small ISP

thank you, great start, just want to jump start to technical part AFTER
deciding to start the ISP, and focus on operational, technical, and
administrative things though. Question is no longer whether starting ISP is
a good idea or not (but i agree this is needed and was already completed)
