Anyone else having Tunnelbroker.net issues?

I've had problems with my Synology router and tunnel broker for several
days.  Used to work, config didn't change, assigned IPv4 address for me
didn't change, but acting flakey, not much debugging capability on Synology
I can find to figure it out.

I hate asking this on the list, but is anyone else having issues with HE and
Tunnelbroker.net currently?

Isitdownrightnow.com seems to support the notion there is something going on
with it, and tests from my various VMs on DigitalOcean in various DCs seem
to support the notion.
