I have been picking up Server Technology CW-8H1-C20M boxes on eBay for
about $45 to $65 each...

You can even get some recent firmware for these.

One thing you will need is a NEMA 5-15P to C19 power cable to fit these
units.  I am sure you can find these cheaper than...
