Incoming SMTP in the year 2017 and absence of DKIM

No DKIM = not scored.

DKIM is not widely used and DKIM does break a lot of mailinglists and
sometimes also SRS compliant forwarding.

We do score some points if a DKIM header with invalid signature is
present.
