I deleted the smiley face, so that may have more to
do with this than I expect, but the above won't work.  
At home I have 2 upstreams, the whole internet can 
reach my advertised addresses and I provide 'transit' 
for my neighbor via an RF signal.  Which one am I?  
I'll add a :-) too...
