VUDU thinks my network is out of the country

The NANOG CluePon site used to have a geo-IP how-to, but it hasn't been active in months. :-(

I need a good contact at VUDU. I have several customers that use it that cannot. They gave us a workaround where each and every individual customer needs to call in and get their IP unblocked, but they aren't unblocking them anymore.
