Both "fairyland utopia" and "net Nazis" are extreme positions.

And DHCPv6 is not the only solution to tracking users.  There are
solutions that work with SLAAC.

Same as 464XLAT is not the only way to provide IPv4 service over IPv6.

Same as withholding a DHCPv6 client is not the only way to encourage
multiple addresses.
