You and the rest of the Internet.  Who would have thought that giving
anything[1] than can scrape up a valid CC number 20 machines, a phat pipe,
and ever-changing IP addresses would be an invitation to abuse?

[1] If nobody has written automation to take stolen CC numbers directly from
carder forums, open accounts with them on AWS, and then do their worstest
until they get shut down, I'll be very surprised.
