Anyone has google contact?

Good Day,

We are a small ISP in Indonesia and due to limited IPv4 we are natting 
our users to a single IPv4.

It seems like Google search engine does not like this and mark our users 
as bot when they are visiting the search engine.

I have tried to reach out the support pages but not could get hold of 
anyone.

May I know if anyone could kindly share a google contact on this?
