Thanks for that, only just read it now...

I fully agree and am saddened by his death. I enjoyed reading his 
insightful emails (and occasional email exchanges with him). He wasn't 
afraid of expressing a strong opinion, supported by valid arguments and 
facts.

I will miss that.
