It`s configurable under scu/scuh/giu board

interface scu 0/9
  native-vlan 1 vlan XXXX
  native-vlan 2 vlan YYYY
or
interface   giu 0/19
  native-vlan 1 vlan XXXX
  native-vlan 2 vlan YYYY
