IT job postings in the US often include physical qualifiers such as "must 
be able to lift weights of up to 50 pounds (~22.7 kilos)" and "must be 
able to use hand tools".  The lecture about using safe lifting practices 
usually waits until after you accept the job and go through your 
new-employee orientation :)
