Is it NANOG/Spamhaus' job to punish us or perhaps its better to simply
be satisfied that we're listening to what is being said?

Andrew,

If they're not going to delist us we will lose all of our legitimate
customers, at which point the only ones we would have left are the
ones you expect me to remove. How does that make any sense?
