AS6453 (Tata/Teleglobe/Globe Internet?) <-> various US ISP Outage?

Anyone else seeing problems reaching AT&T/XO possibly others from
AS6453 in Europe?

From mclink.it (195.110.152.67), I see the following:

This is consistent for several other sites in net 12/8 and some others as well.
The common denominator appears to be trying to get to XO or AT&T and
dying at hop 7 as above.
