VM slicing and dicing

I am just about to look into the Cisco's Unified Computing System.
Everyone I talk to is very happy with it.

I use ucs, its hardware, still need the virtualization kernel somewhere
in the mix. That said ucs is rock solid and imho beats hp and ibm blades
hands down.
