Is this the main distribution ?  I don't have the original tarball, but I have a hacked-on version of 5.4.1 in production.  I added in ipv6 command support for LONAP's MRLG install - http://www.lonap.net/cgi-bin/mrlg.cgi

I can send you this version if you would like it.
