I would add the following to FLAIM
- ranonymize from Argus

- Anontools

- CPAN IP::Anonymous
http://search.cpan.org/~jtk/IP-Anonymous-0.04/lib/IP/Anonymous.pm

But I'm not sure if all of them could handle pcap.
