The only IPv6-related DDoS attacks of which I'm aware to date is miscreants going after 6-to-4 gateways in order to disrupt one another's IPv6-tunneled botnet C&C traffic. However, as soon as there are moneymaking opportunities to be had and/or ideological vendettas to be pursued by launching pure IPv6-based DDoS attacks, we can all rest assured they won't let the side down.
