I have used this product at my previous position, and am recommending it to
my current employer as absolutely the single most effective product we could
buy to ensure the stability and reliability of the network infrastructure.
I'm not sure it will give you specific performance measurements you are
looking for, but what it will do is identify pretty much any performance
hinderance, and make recommendations on how that bottleneck can best be
addressed.
