Littering the global BGP - AS 47868

We're seeing some garbage being thrown into the global BGP table by AS 47868.

This is hitting some routers with older software versions.

Is there someone here from AS 29113 (Sloane Park Property Trust in the
Czech Repulic) that can filter this from the source?
