Managed, cheap, DC power switches

try getting a 2980G-A switch off of ebay. for 100bucks you get an 80
port 10/100 switch. sure it's EoL/EoS already but it works pretty
well.

cisco refurbished equipment will save you a lot of money. I've been
dealing with these guys:
