JANOG, Japan Networks Operators' Group(http://www.janog.gr.jp/) discuss 
on mailing list in japanese, and has meetings twice a year.

We will hold 21st meeting next week(2008/01/24-2008/01/25) 
in Kumamoto city, Japan.
