Followup on Cogent/Sprint

While the recent Cogent/Sprint debate was largely fact-free, I'm following
this up with an article that has some facts.

Given that there is a substantial operational impact to events such as
this, I believe that this is relevant enough to post here.  I would expect
most people would rather see discussion happen elsewhere.
