F/OSS config mgmt or net mgmt apps

Oh yeah, I'm reading a book which mentions the following F/OSS config
mgmt or net mgmt apps, was wondering if anyone has any opinions before
I spend a lot of time forming my own:

ISC router monitor (rtmon)
(no known URL)

router audit tool (RAT):

really awesome new cisco confIg differ (RANCID):
