Cogent's having peering problems with AOL again

Cogent's again seeing congestion at their hand-off to ATDN.net. 
Traceroutes to their mailservers show packet loss and mail into AOL is 
dying a few packets into the conversation.

Cogent says they're "waiting on a call back" from AOL, no ETR provided.
