This is Gary  Kremen owner of SEX dot com.

cohen stole sex.com from kremen and kremen sued and got it back - it  
looks like he is trying to force arin to give him cohen's IP  
assignments  sounds like a grudge match - but it is a shame that he  
might do arin collateral damage
