Network graphics tools

KDE has a "Visio-like" tool called kivio

It was pretty much useless last I looked, but looks like it has some 
potential. Think I heard that you would be able to use the visio format 
at some point too, probably not yet though.

I've used dia a bit, seems reasonable.
