What just happened at One Wilshire?

"At approx. 7pm an unknown occurance happened on the 12th fl. of the One
Wilshire Building.  The Fire Department was called and the building was
evacuated.  OWB Security has informed us that no other floor was affected.

We currently understand that we are on Emergency Power."
