Oh - but maawg (http://www.maawg.org) is a group of ISPs themselves
(AOL, comcast, charter, france telecom, Hotmail, us ..)

Lots of ISPs together stated that ISPs must take responsibility for a
few things.

Small, but significant difference there, dont you think?
