Why use ccTLDs?

Following on Steve's coattails, I'd like to put a plug in for the 
Swedish TLD (.SE) and applaud their introduction of DNSSEC:

PS - The RIPE NCC has also been introducing DNSSEC, but they aren't a ccTLD:
