2004 Wiretap report came out 4 May.

Summary: 1700+ intercepts (punch list aggregate).
The word VoIP or Internet does not appear anywhere in the 250+ page report.

Gambling and Narcotics remain #1 reasons for a lawful order. Terrorism
is usually handled FISA avenue, which are secret and not reported 
publicly.
