What is your metric for "biggest" ?

   There always seems to be more than one claiming to be the "biggest"  ...

P.S. FYI: IIRC international data bandwidth in Israel
costs on the order of 16 times the costs in EU
  - so I'm not sure how good a metric that is :-(
